Advantages:

Чисто. Просторно. Большая кухня. Отдыхали 5 взрослых, 2 детей. Предоставили детский горшок. Море относительно недалеко, можно на электросамокатах доехать быстро. Продуктовый, аптека 5 мин ходьбы. Доброжелательная хозяйка.

Advantages:

Очень чистая, большая квартира в красивом и спокойном районе. От моря 1. 5 км что с детьми многовато, но зато нет суеты и столпотворения отдыхающих. Есть практически все необходимое. Недалёко Расположен супермаркет. Рядом несколько хороших детских площадок. Прудики с утками и лебедем. Много цветов. Всегда без проблем находили парковочное место. Приятная в общении хозяйка.

Disadvantages:

Нужно немного скорректировать описание квартиры. Все же это не 4-х, а 3-х комнатная квартира, но с большой кухней и диваном на ней. Кроме того, на фото есть детская кровать со столом, которой по факту нет, вместо нее шкаф и отдельно стоящий письменный стол.
