Квартира в комфортабельном ЖК рядом с парком и выездом на Куршскую кому. На огороженной территории жк находится спортивно- игровая площадка. Рядом в соседних домах есть кафе, магазинчики и см "Пятёрочка". Дорога к морю - пять минут через парк вдоль озера, нового ресторана и волейбольных площадок. В санузле установлена новая сантехника, стир. машина, зеркало с подогревом. В зале установлен новый угловой диван и тахта для ребенка. На кухне есть все необходимое для семьи из 3 человек. Солнечная лоджия - там стоят два кресла и стол. Все чистится профессиональной химией и спецоборудованием: пароочиститель и моющий пылесос "керхер". Ждём в гости порядочных туристов: надо соблюдать тишину с 22. 00 до 9. 00, не курить, содержать квартиру в чистоте и порядке. Для этого беру стандартный залог 3000 р. Принимаю гостей лично с 19. 00 до 6. 00 в будни и круглосуточно в выходные, о другом времени заезда надо договориться заранее-платно- ранний заезд и поздний выезд, возможен трансфер в аэропорт и Калининград.
