Заезд на территорию закрыт, можно не боятся за оставленную машину во дворе. На территории есть детская и баскетбольные площадки. Рядом озеро, в котором можно ловить рыбу. Очень хорошая локация квартиры, вокруг много супермаркетов - спар, виктория, пятёрочка, кафе до до пицца, а также маленькие уютные кафе, где можно вкусно позавтракать и попить кофе. До моря 15-20 минут неспешным шагом. Приезжайте к нам отдыхать, не пожалеете.
