Квартира - сдаётся от пяти суток в сезон.

в квартире есть все необходимое для проживания.
Спальных мест 5: в спальне # 1- двухспальная кровать (ортопедический матрас 160×200), в спальне # 2 - двухспальная кровать ( ортопедический матрас 160*200)в кухне- гостинной - раскладной двуместный диван (140×200), телевизор, wifi, холодильник, микроволновка, стиральная и посудомоечная машины, посуда, фен, гладильные принадлежности, сушка для белья, постельное бельё, полотенца.
До моря пешком 10 минут, до парка 5-7 минут. В шаговой доступности магазины, кафе, спорткомплекс, рынок. Парковка во дворе.
Не подходит для шумных вечеринок и отмечания праздников большой компанией.
В квартире не курят,
В подъезде не курят,
Животные запрещены.
Заключается договор, обязательно наличие паспорта!!!
