На территории тихо и спокойно, много зелени, есть стоянка для автомобилей. До моря 500 метров. Парк 50 метров очень красивый. В парке есть кафешки. Магазины и больница рядом. Мы находимся в центре города. Да аэропорта 15 минут езды, до Куршской косы 5 минут езды.
