Дом включает в себя кухню-гостиную, две спальни, совмещенный санитарный узел, крытую террасу. Три двухспальных кровати и три двухспальных раскладных дивана,оборудован бытовой техникой, посудой, бельем, есть все необходимое для принятия пищи и отдыха.

На участке большая парковка на 2-3 машины, оборудованная беседка на 10-12 человек с принадлежностями для барбекю.
Разрешено проживание с детьми и животными, без предоставления дополнительной мебели.
Шумные мероприятия и вечеринки разрешены строго до 22-00.

Уборка проводится перед заселением и после выезда.
