Не допускается проживание гостей больше, чем оговорено при бронировании. При заселении, для предотвращения недоразумений, вносится страховой депозит (залог) 5000 рублей, который возвращается в день выезда. Депозит возвращается при соблюдении режима тишины, отсутствия порчи имущества и жилья, отсутствия запаха табака или курительных приборов. При нарушении условий, залог не возвращается.
Заезд с 15:00, выезд до 12:00.
