В летний период ( июнь, июль, август) дом сдается от 7 суток!!! Отличное расположение дома у самого моря для прекрасного отдыха. Море, сосновый бор, свежий воздух. В доме все удобства, датская площадка с кабелями и играми. Рядом проходит электричка Ласточка, все направления: Калининград, Светлогорск, Зеленоградск, Пионерск. У дома стоянка на 4 машины, территория большая, зелёная зона отдыха.
