Очень хорошее месторасположение, до моря 5 минут пешком, до Зеленоградска по пляжу около 20 минут. Тихий дачный поселок, есть магазин. Дом со всеми удобствами, на участке барбекю, казан, беседка. Хозяйка замечательная, очень приветливая
