Сдам 1 комнатную квартиру с современным ремонтом на 3 линии от берега моря (Западный пляж), идти до моря 10 мин. Квартира расчитана на 3- 4 человека.Окна выходят на разные стороны, в комнате - двухспальная кровать, на кухне - раскладной диванчик, на лоджии -раскладное кресло.В квартире есть все для комфортного отдыха: телевизор , интернет, пылесос, микроволновка, фен, утюг, гладилка, кондиционер .На лоджии есть столик со складными стульями, для вечернего чаепития, лоджия с панорамным остеклением с видом на маленькие домики и закат.Рядом с домом магазины ( Городок и Пятерочка). Все кафе на берегу моря, можно пройти спокойным шагом 10 минут. Для детей ,во дворе футбольная площадка и детские качели.

Advantages:

Отличная квартира, со свежим ремонтом. Все необходимое есть. Много спальных мест. На балконе тоже есть спальное место и стол со стульями, можно сказать, еще одна комната. Благодарна, что помогли с трансфером, мы прилетали ночью, самолет задержали, нас встретили в аэропорту. До моря (западный пляж с лежаками) идти близко, около 10 минут не спеша. Рядом станция и магазины. Тихий район. Все прекрасно.
