Advantages:

Очень приветливая хозяйка! В квартире есть все необходимое, все новое и чистое. Приятный ЖК. Не в центре, но при этом до набережной 10-12 мин. пешком. В доме есть продуктовый магазин, рядом Spar. Однозначно рекомендую!
