Advantages:

Близко к морю, хороший вид из окна, пожалуй все.

Disadvantages:

Кровати продавленные, комната маленькая, в коридоре и на первом этаже прокурено постоянно, организация душа примитивная, администратор - хмурый, недружелюбный. Уровень совершенно не соответствует цене.
