Advantages:

Местонахождение, рядом с центром. Красивый дом. Внутри дома тоже очень уютно. Уютный дворик. Большая комната. Светлая, чистая. Дом недалеко от центра, при этом в тихой улочке.

Disadvantages:

Улучшить невозможно, просто надо иметь ввиду, что это частный дом, а не гостиница.

Advantages:

Удобное расположение, уютный дворик, гостеприимный хозяин. Есть всё для удобного проживания. Хозяин любезно одолжил свои нарды поиграть и утром угостил чаем, про который мы просто забыли)
